Who are the voices behind The NFP CEO

Australia’s for purpose sector generates over $200 billion annually, nearly 8% of GDP and is vital to positive social impact and social connection.  

Michelle and Danielle launched THE NFP CEO as the partner they wished they had on their leadership journeys. 

With over 30 years of executive experience across health, legal, community, and the care sectors, collectively Michelle and Danielle bring their wealth of knowledge to THE NFP CEO.  

They are driven by a strong belief that sharing their experience and providing a platform for the experience and stories of other leaders in the sector will enhance the performance of all NPF CEOs and ultimately increase organisational impact across the social purpose sector.

Danielle loves to chat but also loves to empower. Making sure her team knows what to do and how is part of her reason to get up each day. 

Why a podcast?  As a new for purpose CEO you are busy! Whilst Danielle would love to write a book about being a new for purpose CEO she knows that grabbing attention in 20mins blocks is probably more realistic. And helpful.

What is your go to topic with other CEOs? I think we chat about everything! It probably depends what is going on but I think working with the Board, managing my team and being focused on our clients.
